Remember my post where I showed a *lovely* wasp that had decided to build it’s *cabin for one*? Well, it looks like he – or SHE – is more interested in building a *Family Home* – as we discovered something very interesting in the hive today. *shudder*…
Wow – life sure gets busy! But even though we’ve had lots going on, making it difficult to squeeze in our *pinterest* date, it doesn’t mean we haven’t spent time together. We’ve gone for bike rides, walks, played at the playground, cuddled, roasted marshmallows on the campfire, had a bbq with family, and more. We have had FUN! But, as promised – to myself and you – I couldn’t wait to get back to doing these fun ideas from Pinterest.…
We just returned from a business/training trip in Calgary {for Brent}. Two hours+ each way, with dvd players that no longer work {ugh}means a lot of music playing. What did we listen to, you might ask? Well, Kidz Bop of course. *Sidenote: Jonah is incredibly proud of himself for saying it properly. At first he would say it so quickly it came out Kidz Pop – but now he knows to take a break and enunciate it properly. And he…
The thing with having a boy with *surfer hair* is that it can quickly become a bit too long and need to be trimmed. But, there are some companies out there whose products I LOVE and think are must-haves and really help facilitate some amazing memories. Because, let’s face it, we can’t holiday ALL the time {bummer}.…
Sitting in the condo over Easter break, enjoying some RnR after a fun and busy day of shopping and swimming, a commercial came on. We all snickered a little at the kid versions of popular hit songs – while our kids immediately began singing along and moving to the beat. And every time the commercial came on we were met with serious begging to purchase the product. Little did my kids know that I had one coming for review.…
This was originally intended for Friday, but Jonah had a birthday party to go to and our morning was spent getting groceries and birthday gifts. Saturday also involved a birthday party that resulted in a fun cousin sleepover {our house} with lots of playing and crafts. So it became today’s *fun activity*…
Well, it’s day four and Jonah is now really into the whole habit of doing an organized *fun activity* each day – so he spends a lot of time asking when it will be time to do it. lol Which doesn’t bother me at all – I love that he is looking so forward to this time together, and to trying something new.…
