Honeyed Ham Glaze

I’ve made this several times now (and probably blogged it too, but I can’t remember) and every time I am in love all over again. It’s SO delicious! It works on small boneless hams and larger bone-in hams. I followed the recipe from allrecipes exactly as shown – and it was perfect!

Here you go:

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion (I used fresh)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over ham. The recipe says to pour over ham slices as a glaze…I pour over and cook the ham in the glaze, basting every 20 minutes or so. Okay, so I made one change 😉
